Eleven men accused of numerous offences against under age children, including rape, trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, and committing sexual activity with a child, have all entered not guilty pleas to the offences.
One 58 year old man cannot be named for legal reasons, but the rest of the defendants are - Kabeer Hassan, Abdul Aziz, Mohammed Sajid, Abdul Rauf, Abdul Qayyum, Adil Khan, Qamar Shahzad, Liaquat Shah, Hamid Safi, Mohammed Amin.
Proceedings against another man, Mohammed Ikhlaq, were discontiued.
Amazingly, considering the seriousness of the charges against the men, only 4 of them, including the un-named 58 year old, were remanded in to custody.
The rest of the men have been bailed ahead of a trial at Liverpool Crown Court which will begin on February 6th.
Some of those who got bail are facing multiple charges of rape and sexual activity with children and now they are back on the streets, a fact which many will find sickening.
The horrendous phenomenon of 'Asian' men grooming and exploiting young, in most cases white, girls seems to have all but vanished from the press and debate these days, at least since Jack Straw decided - far too late, and parroting what others had been warning of for years - to say anything about it.
It is an issue which the establishment pays only lip service to, and then only when forced. They refuse to address it because it does not conform to the enriching, multicultural paradise of harmony which they would have us believe we are living in.
The abuse of children - white children of course, something would be done yesterday if it were white British males abusing 'Asian' children - seem to be a price those in charge consider worth paying for a diverse Britain, or an inconvenient truth which is best left unspoken.
Softly softly, we can't say there's a racial or cultural element, oh no, although we would be shouting it from the rooftops if the roles were reversed and it were white males targeting predominantly 'Asian' victims.
Abstract and flawed concepts like community cohesion and preserving the lie of enrichment as a purely beneficial force, appear to come far higher in the list of priorities than protecting our children.
That is the sad reality of the new Britain which has been forced upon us, that it is our children and our childrens children who end up paying the full and horrific price.
One child paying that price is one child too many, all of our children deserve far better than this, far better than to be the victims who litter the roadside of the multicultural nightmare, left to suffer because those in charge dare not admit the truth of what has been inflicted upon this nation.
Before all else should come protecting our children, they are more important than every other consideration, and society as it stands both fails and betrays them.
Our Britain has become a sickening place. We should burn with shame when we look around our nation and see how we have failed our children, our future, those who look to us for protection and nurture.
We cannot turn back the clock, but we do owe it to our children to see that not one more ever has to suffer in this way. To do anything else would be an abject betrayal of the young.
Our children are not a price worth paying in the name of a flawed, multicultural insanity. They deserve far better.
