Courtesy of the Daily Mail we learn that David and Samantha Cameron's nanny is a Nepalese woman, recruited via a charity and seeking indefinite leave to remain in Britain.

The Mails story centres on proposed changes to the immigration system which would make it more difficult for domestic workers to change employers once within Britain, but that's not really the real point.
What about a British job for a British worker?
Does Britain have no nannies here already who would have made an excellent nanny for the Cameron children?
If not, why not?
How can Cameron pretend to stand for British jobs when he employs a foreign worker to look after his own children?
