The drawings in this exhibition by Isabel Mancebo Balda (which can be seen in the Cinemas of San Sebastian to Prince December 5) have been grouped to become the book. 47 women and media, accompanied by various animals and objects, peculiar, funny and a little sinister star in these pages filled with humor, fashion, extravagance and love.
Hedonist, magician, spy, adventurer, a pioneer of psychedelic drugs, poet and occultist, Crowley was certainly an influential figure in the fantasy and horror movies. Its classic inspire legendary figure as Satan (1934) or The Night of the Demon (1957), silent film to the Hammer and beyond but perhaps most fascinating is how his occult philosophy and magic rituals are echoed in the work of filmmakers like Albin Grau, Kenneth Anger, Orson Welles, Jodorowsky ... The exhibition is accompanied by the publication of this book edited by Jesus Palacios. 2000 Maniacs
Special Issue co-produced fanzine Terror Week. A tribute to the local cinema films in the 70's, those amazing double sessions where you will be monsters, zombies, uncover, superheroes ragged, vicious nuns, karate maimed and a B-ham A feast of popular cinema that will leave you breath and a hallucinogenic trip to the grindhouse more delirious. Oleaga Hasier Mikel Azpiroz and live musical accompaniment Nosferatu, the Vampire (1921), FW Murnau's classic. Interpret live a soundtrack designed for the occasion, away from what at first would expect for a horror movie. The key music jazz-funk. Mikel Azpiroz
(Hammond B3 organ). Donostia experienced musician and keyboard player, currently leads and coordinates the group Elkano Browning Cream. He was a member of Stop Blues, Lau Behi and Parafünk and collaborated among others with Gari, Fermin Muguruza and Australians The Waifs.
Hasier Oleaga (drums). Born in Bilbao, Donostia and currently lives between Barcelona. It is a much sought after musician who has participated or is participating in several projects, among which are those of Rupert Ordorika, Mikel Laboa or Iñaki Salvador. Donostia
