The wife of suicide bomber Taymour Abdelwahab, who blew himself up in Stockholm in a botched suicide attack aimed at Christmas shoppers, has been arrested in Luton on suspicion of the preparation of terrorist acts.
Scotland Yard have confirmed that they detained Mona Thwany, 28, in Luton, and that she has been bailed until November.
Two addresses in Luton were searched as part of the police operation.
Prior to the Stockholm attacks, bomber Taymour Abdelwahab had lived with his wife and three children in Luton.
