Geert Wilders has been acquitted of inciting hatred against Muslims as the Dutch showtrial failed to rule that free speech was a crime.

Wilders, who had compared the Koran to Adolf Hitlers Mein Kampf, and who had described Islam as fascist, was found not guilty, although the judge could not resist describing his comments as "gross and denigrating".

Minority groups had alleged that Wilders remarks had led to a rise in violence and discrimination against Muslims. It's a tactic we see time and time again - identifying an issue is equated with inciting hatred, there is a concerted attempt across Western societies to render whole areas of discussion off limits in the name of protecting minorities.

The collection of minorities who initiated the case have said that they may take the case to the European Court of Human Rights. One wonders what verdict would be reached there, whether freedom of speech would be given precedence over Islams right to be beyond criticism.

Wilders, whose trial commenced in January 2010, despite the prosecutors office not wishing to pursue it, said of the verdict that "Now the good news is that it's also legal to be critical about Islam, to speak publicly in a critical way about Islam and this is something that we need because the Islamisation of our societies is a major problem and a threat to our freedom and I'm allowed to say so."

Of course he is right that there is a problem, but it is one which the UK and EU establishments are determined to ignore. Criticism of Islam is forbidden, and the Islamisation of our countries is allowed to continue unchecked.

The establishment would rather shoot the messengers, the ones brave enough to speak up and highlight the many problems which Islam has brought to the West, than to admit that we are in any way faced with an Islam that will not integrate and which will, given enough time, come to dominate.

Expect show trials aplenty in the UK and in Europe as Islamification gathers pace, and more and more people wake up to the nightmare which we are facing. Those in power will stifle dissent and seek to quiet the voices of opposition until it is too late.

Meanwhile, the media will continue to brand those who dare say a word of criticism against Islam as being far right, extremists, Islamophobic, and all the other favourite terms of abuse.

Media and establishment are both complicit in allowing our colonisation by Islam, and will take any steps they deem necessary to hide the fact that their dream of a Westernised Islam is shattered and will end only in an Islamicised West.
