Council Caretaker Anthony Harris has gone on trial accused of trafficking children into the UK to use as prostitutes, and allegedly raping two girls after they had undergone a JuJu ritual during which they were slashed with razors and forced to eat a raw chicken heart.

Harrison, who has multiple aliases and whose real identity is still not known to police, arrived in Britain in 2003. Although from Nigeria, he falsely claimed to be a Liberian. Refused asylum, and with his appeals rejected, he was somehow granted leave to remain.

The trafficked girls were allegedly subjected to the bizarre rituals in Nigeria, and then flown into Britain using false documents in 2009. Harrison allegedly raped both before trying to sell them on to the sex industry in several EU countries.

Harrison denies conspiracy to traffic people for sexual exploitation, rape, false imprisonment, and multiple immigration offences.
