Aggro Santos, Brazilian born and residing in London, whose debut single reached number 5 in the charts, and who appeared on "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" has been charged with raping two women, with one of the alleged attacks taking place in Somerset.
Aggro, real name Yuri, is accused of raping a woman in Yeovil, Somerset, in September last year, and of raping a woman in Chichester, West Sussex, in May.
Another man, Tyrelle Ritchie, has also been charged with a single count of rape in Chichester on the same date.
"The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised Sussex Police to charge a man in relation to two separate investigations of rape in Somerset and Sussex. Yuri Santos, 22, of Bickersteth Road, London, has been charged with two offences of rape - one in Chichester on 7 May, 2011, and another in Yeovil between 25 and 26 September last year" said a spokesman for Sussex Police.
Santos has been bailed to appear at Chichester Magistrates Court on September 19.
According to his solicitors, Santos 'vehemently denies' the claims against him.

A caretaker from Uffculme has been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment for a catalogue of sexual offences, including 15 specimen charges of rape.
David Brown, 62, who worked as a caretaker in the town hall at Cullompton, is said to have raped one victim at least 400 times. Yes, 400, that isn't a typing error.
Exeter Crown Court was told that he used one victim as a "sexual plaything" as he raped her over a six year period.
Other offences included indecent assault.
Among his victims were girls as young as 9 years old.
He had denied all the charges against him, but was sentenced to a total of 18 years in jail, and told that he would serve at least 12 years.
Now, 365 days in a year, 12 years inside - and 400 rapes. That's just under 11 days in prison per rape. Even if we count only the 15 specimen charges he was convicted of, that's just 292 days per rape.
What's the lesson here? If you're going to be a rapist then do it as many times as you can before you get caught?
So much for being tough on crime. Our justice system is a pathetic joke, betraying the victims at every turn and letting the perpetrators off lightly.
Perverts abound and are often back on our streets after serving derisory sentences for a catalogue of offences.
Their victims will carry those scars for life, and - in many cases - their future victims were counting on society to protect them.
Society fails them all, too many rapists and paedophiles ruin young lives and steal innocence, and get away with insultingly short sentences compared to the frequency and magnitude of their crimes.

The former charity worker, jailed for 4 years after raping a woman in Glasgow - and then going on to her Facebook to post admitting the rape - lodged the asylum request whilst being held on remand for the crime.
At the time he carried out the attack Sswagudde was in Scotland illegally, his visitors visa having expired.
According to a source quoted by the Scottish Daily Record, who broke the story, "He is milking the system and the situation in Uganda for all he can. He had been in Scotland for three years but he didn't say anything about his sexuality until he found himself in jail".
Uganda has an abysmal track record on its treatment of homosexuals, where the act is criminal, and where vigilante beatings and murders are becoming increasingly commonplace. Some in political circles there have been pushing for homosexuality to be punished by the death penalty.
Despite this we still fund Uganda with huge amounts of foreign aid - the Department for International Development says we will spend £98million a year there until 2015 - and the EU aid budget lavishes even more money on the country, but that's another story.
Recent rulings in the UK have established someone's fear of persecution for their sexuality as grounds to remain in the UK, with, for example, a recent case where a Jamaican lesbian residing in Stoke on Trent won her case against removal from the UK in the Upper Tribunals Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
Gay is fast becoming a get out of jail - or deportation from the UK - free card for people originating from certain countries, and, as predicted, the number of people seeking to exploit this and who suddenly decide that they are homosexual is increasing.
Expect far more foreign criminals to use the same ploy to remain in the UK once they have served their sentences for heinous crimes.

Polish Jakub Tomczak carried out the brutal attack on a 48 year old mother in 2006, raping and battering his victim before dumping her under a van and leaving her for dead.
He was subsequently given two life sentences at Exeter Crown Court after being convicted of rape and grievous bodily harm, and Devon police at the time said it was one of the most brutal rapes they had ever investigated.
His victim, who was left wheelchair bound, died in 2010, although a coroner ruled that the death was unrelated to the injuries which she suffered in the attack.
"People like this can come over here, create merry hell and then go back to their own country and get treated lightly....As far as I'm concerned, he killed my sister and made an orphan out of her son who is now in foster care" the victims brother told newspapers.
Tomczak, who is serving his sentence in Poland, is appealing to courts today to have his sentence reduced under EU legislation which says that a sentence passed in another EU country can be reduced if it exceeds the maximum sentence for that crime in the the criminals own home country.
When sentenced Tomczak was given an 18 year life tariff, but in Poland his crimes carry a maximum sentence of 12 years.
His application to have his sentence amended, due to be heard at a court in the Polish city of Poznan today, could see his sentence so heavily reduced that he is released within 18 months.
Yet more EU meddling handing the rights to criminals and allowing them to escape lightly from the consequences of their horrific crimes.
The loathsome, sprawling bureaucracy which is the EU, putting out its insane edicts which have no reference to reality, is by far and away one of the greatest enemies of law and order in all of our nations.

HIV Positive Zimbabwe Man Denies Raping Bristol 16 Year Old
0 comments Posted by barongan at 10:14 AM49 year old Veremu, befriended the vulnerable girl over a period of time, before the attack in April of last year.
His alleged victim spoke from behind a screen as she told the jury of the attack Veremu carried out.
He lured her to his home, told her that she was pretty, and then dragged her into his bedroom where he raped her.
After the attack he gave his sobbing victim some "pocket money".
She later told her boyfriend what had happened and the police became involved.
When confronted by police Veremu denied that there had been any sexual contact, but police found a tissue with both Veremu and his victims DNA on it.
Veremu denies raping the girl, and the trial continues.

Webster, already serving an indefinite sentence for the rape of a 58 year old woman committed when he was only 14, and who has notched up a catalogue of further offences, was appearing at North Avon Magistrates in November of last year to be sentenced for an affray which took place at Ashfield Young Offenders Institution when the attack on security staff took place.
Apparently taking offence at being supervised whilst using the toilet, he waited until the journey back to Ashfield Young Offenders Institution to strike.
Grabbing a female officer around the neck, he slammed her into the prison van. Webster then bit one officers hand so hard that he broke a bone, and left another with a damaged shoulder and torn ligaments. During the attack he wielded a home made knife, made from a sharpened toothbrush, but was disarmed by guards before anyone was stabbed.
Webster entered a guilty plea to multiple charges of assault, but denied attempted wounding and charges relating to possessing an offensive weapon were dropped on a technicality.
He was sentenced to an additional three and a half years in jail.
Webster, who has just turned 18, is yet another poster child for the violent and virulent Islam which has established itself in prisons across the country.

Harrison, who has multiple aliases and whose real identity is still not known to police, arrived in Britain in 2003. Although from Nigeria, he falsely claimed to be a Liberian. Refused asylum, and with his appeals rejected, he was somehow granted leave to remain.
The trafficked girls were allegedly subjected to the bizarre rituals in Nigeria, and then flown into Britain using false documents in 2009. Harrison allegedly raped both before trying to sell them on to the sex industry in several EU countries.
Harrison denies conspiracy to traffic people for sexual exploitation, rape, false imprisonment, and multiple immigration offences.
Full Story
Only in modern Britain can the caretaker at the local council be a people trafficking voodoo wizard, who only got into the nation by lying, whom nobody actually knows the real identity of, and yet they still get to stay here.
Just when you thought you heard everything enrichment had to offer along comes a story like this to prove that new depths of lunacy are always there to be plumbed.

"For the moment pregnancies can be disguised, but not for much longer. Many fathers will kill their own daughters if they find out they have been raped.....It is killing done with love. They believe they are saving the girl" - Ms Hana Elgadi, who is part of a group of Libyan volunteers.
The BBC's headline on the piece is "Libya rape victims face honour killings".
Why do we in the West persist in calling these acts of barbarism "honour killings" and present them in the media virtually unchallenged.
A simple thought. Heaven forbid, my wife or daughter was raped. Instead of comforting them, being there for them, I kill them. Is anybody going to even imply that it was an honourable thing to do, or cloak it in language that makes it more acceptable?
Of course they are not. It would be called a brutal murder, and rightly so, because that is what it would be.
It is a trait of western political correctness that we just cannot bring ourselves to condemn any aspect of foreign cultures. We may look upon them with distaste but we have to feign understanding, to use language which is somehow apologetic and non condemnatory.
Hence we have honour killings. They'd not be called that if, for example, it was some mainly white Christian sect in the USA carrying them out. Indeed, the headlines of all our newspapers would be shrieking about the barbarism and inhumanity involved.
As a society we are oddly biased all around. Were I to tell my wife she could not go out, or talk to any men she isn't related to, I'd be a domineering and chauvinistic pig. But, if I did it because Islam told me to do so it would be somehow empowering for the woman, or at least ignored and not condemned by the rest of society.
We exist in a situation where media panders to medieval customs that quite simply would not be tolerated were it not for who was responsible for this inhumanity being beyond criticism.
We're drip fed on excuses day by day, it's all based on excuses, those in power just cannot bear to state the truth without spinning it into as acceptable and PC a form as possible.
