Illegal immigrant Vladimir Buchak, 34, a Ukranaian national, remains in Britain and walking the streets despite having received a four year prison sentence in 2010 for organising hundreds of fake weddings.

Buchak, who had lived in the UK for several years before being jailed, was a part of an organised marriage scam which paid eastern Europeans up to £3,000 to marry Africans, mainly men from Nigeria.

The sham marriage fixers are believed to have conducted at least 360 marriages during a 4 year period in order to bypass immigration law.

You do the maths, there was a lot of money involved if they could afford to pay anywhere in the region of £3,000 to even a small amount of the 360 east Europeans.

Also jailed at the same time as Buchak were Reverend Alex Brown and solicitor Michael Adelasoye, who both also received 4 years.

Buchak was due to be deported upon his release from prison, and was sent to an immigration removal centre pending removal from the country - but was instead freed on bail.

The UK Borders Agency had opposed his bail, but an immigration judge decided otherwise.

"An immigration judge will grant bail where there is no sufficiently good reason to detain a person and lesser measures can provide adequate alternative means of control" said a spokesman for the judiciary.

We can think of more than one sufficiently good reason, in fact 360 of them in the form of all those fake marriages he or his organisation were involved with, and all of the added illegal immigrants that brought into Britain.

No wonder Buchak looked like he was smirking when filmed by the BBC recently, there's much about modern Britain for criminals and illegals to smirk about.

Nigerian illegal immigrant Mojeed Bello took sham marriages to a whole new low when quizzed by officials about his bride to be - all that he could tell them was that she was "big, black, smoked, and likes chicken burgers"



Sounds a charming lady, how could you not fall in love with that?



Dutch national bride Carina Merselina had been recruited to enter the marriage at a festival in Holland, and was to have been paid £3,000.



Bello, of no fixed address, would have been able to remain in the UK had the marriage gone ahead.



Instead, Bello now gets to stay in Britain for a while - having been jailed for 14 months. He has children in the UK though, don't hold your breath that he'll be deported upon release.



Carina Merselina was jailed for 300 days for her part in the scam, as was her sister Loreen.



Bello has been in the UK since 2006, and his children attend a school in Peckham.



"This sort of offence is becoming somewhat prevalent - it strikes at the very heart of the UK system for regulating the population" said Judge William Hart.

That's news to most of us seeing how the immigration system is utterly ineffective, totally abused, and how we're watching our population explode thanks to mass immigration.

The River Wye, meandering miles through picturesque countryside, and voted Britains favourite waterway, has become the latest victim of mass immigration as fish stocks plunge due to poaching by mainly Eastern Europeans.

Environmentalists have issued a dire warning that the fish stocks in the river have plunged by over 50% in the last two years alone.

Witnesses speak of Eastern European criminals even setting up barbecues along the rivers bank to cook and eat the fish which they have poached illegally, before selling the rest on the black market.

"We've noticed this trend across the country due mainly to the influx of migrant workers from Eastern Europe" said Mark Lloyd of the Angling Trust.

Indeed so, the Wye is not the only waterway in the UK to fall victim to immigrants illegally decimating the fish stocks.

One incident which managed to make national news was that of four men from Kazakhstan who were apprehended trying to kill fish using a shotgun on the River Drove near Cambridgeshire. Armed police with helicopter support rushed to the scene and an arrest was made.

The River Nene in Peterborough is home to numerous horrific stories, including swans clubbed to death by foreigners foraging for food.

"Many of the waters that we control are being systematically raped and pillaged by migrants.....The fish stocks have declined markedly in the past six years. There is a definite correlation between this and the influx of migrants to the city" said Andy Jackson of the Peterborough and District Angling Association in March of last year.

It is a story which is being repeated across the country. Todays angler near any enriched area can tell stories not of the big one that got away, but rather of the big one that got snatched for the immigrants cookpot and of declining fish numbers.

Our lakes and rivers - which make up some of the most beautiful places in England - are being decimated by this mass influx of foreigners, fish stocks and other wildlife which relies upon the waterways for survival are suffering.

The environmental costs which come with importing large populations of immigrants into the UK are damaging across the board, whether it be land bulldozed to create more housing, or rivers left as barren as a crop field which has been prey to a swarm of locusts.

Today we see yet another result of this. Angling, that quintessential bastion of Englishness, is under threat, and miles of Britains waterways are being stripped of their fish stocks and left virtual aquatic wastelands.

It will take fish stocks, both in numbers and size of fish, decades to recover, and that is if they are given chance to do so.

As things stand they will be given no chance to recover at all, and many of our waterways seem destined to become places where people are lucky to even see a fish, let alone catch one.

Britain, home to so many picturesque and beautiful waterways which teem with a diversity of life, deserves better than watching them turn into watery deserts which have been poached and exploited into near extinction.

A new survey conducted by Ipsos Mori has shown the deep dissatisfaction among members of the public with high levels of immigration, and an increasing awareness of the problems which mass immigration has imposed upon our society.

Seven in ten Britons agreed that there are too many immigrants in the Britain.

Only one in four thought that immigration had been good for the economy, whilst three in five said that mass immigration had made it harder for Britons to get jobs.

Three in four of the 1,000 people polled believed that immigration placed too much pressure on public services.

People are becoming increasingly aware of the burdens which are being placed upon us, the changes bring wrought in our society, and the negative effect which being swamped with immigrants has upon all aspects of our existence.

Our critical services are stretched to breaking point, hardly a day goes by when we don't hear of NHS shortages, struggling schools where childrens education suffers amidst a babble of 50 different languages, rising crime, and a whole host of other issues.

Not to mention we just need to open the papers to see some asylum seeker, who has never contributed a penny, nicely ensconced in a £2,000 a month mansion, all paid for by us.

As for jobs, well, there simply are not enough for the people we already have, unemployment figures prove this. Workers now face lowered wages as a result of a saturated labour market, and not only that they also have to compete against a whole underground of illegal labour.

Mass immigration has been an unmitigated disaster for the British worker, and yet the same old politicians and unions bleat on about how great it all is. It sure isn't for the guy in the factories seeing 50 Eastern European workers in line for his job, if indeed he is lucky enough to still have a job.

We're being faced with having to build houses at a record rate just to try and keep up with the increasing population, shortages of school places, and whole sections of our towns and cities becoming like a part of a foreign nation.

Everyone - other than do gooding liberals, asylum and human rights lawyers making a fortune, and those landing themselves jobs in all of these equalities and rights positions whether it be in quangos or elsewhere - loses. Our nation and our people have been pushed past any sane levels of immigration and into direct colonisation.

No wonder people are getting angry, it is now evident to all but those with a vested interest that officialdom massively oversold us on the benefits of immigration and yet neglected to warn us about the many additional burdens and problems which it would create.

The amazing thing though? People continue to vote for Liberal, Labour, or Tory, and none of those will do a damn thing about it, mass immigration will continue unabated.

Many are now aware of the problem - and the solution does not lie in Lib/Lab/Con, they've all had ample time to prove otherwise and have not only failed to do so but have actually done nothing at all to even take steps in the right direction.

Britain simply cannot take it any more, from here it can only get worse. Unless there is a change in political leadership and people embrace parties who are willing to do something, it can - and will - only get worse.

The people of Britain, be it the worker struggling to find a job and a decent wage to support their family, the child trying to learn in 'diverse' schools, the elderly waiting for operations on the overstretched NHS, or that last old British face hiding behind the curtains of a house in an area that has become a corner of Pakistan, deserve so much better than the Britain we see today.

Afram and Bibi Ismail, are believed to have fled Africa. Afram has Tuberculosis, how much is that costing the NHS? Bibi Ismail also had surgery - you guessed it, paid for by the NHS.

But, that's not enough. They're now suing the UKBA for "discrimination" claiming that the amount of benefits they get (£181 a week) is not enough to take their children on holiday.

You really couldn't make it up, everyone and their uncle the world over appear to be looking for ways to fleece the British taxpayer for every penny they can get.

The UKBA said "Those with no right to be here should return home. We reject this claim and will fight this case in the courts".

Just kick them out then, save the money on huge court costs. Between lawyers and human rights the British people are getting robbed left, right, and centre.

Britain is a laughing stock the world over, everyone knows our pockets are bottomless and are there to be picked.

A 37 year old Malaysian woman has been caught trying to enter Britain - twice on the same day.

Her first attempt was made to enter via the Eurostar from Paris on the 5th July, but it failed when officials in France would not allow her to board because they did not believe that she was a tourist.

Not one to give up, she arrived via plane instead - turning up at Bristol airport on the same day. Tipped off by French authorities, she was detained upon landing.

Despite her insistence that she was a tourist and wished to visit Stonehenge, a baggage search revealed that she was carrying copies of her employment references and qualifications, leading officials to believe that she was intending to work illegally in the UK.

A check of immigration records showed that she had been removed from the UK before, in that instance for overstaying her visa. We really are a magnet for people all around the world.

After being detained overnight the Malaysian woman was placed on a flight back to Paris and removed from the UK.

Twin figures out today show the extent to which Britain is labouring under a mass influx of immigrants and is rapidly becoming a colonised nation, where foreign workers are taking the jobs, and where immigrant births are rapidly outstripping those of our own people.

We've warned on this site before of colonisation by the cradle and the astoundingly high number of births among immigrants in Britain - todays figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) prove it.

25.1% of children born in the UK in 2010 were born to migrants, 181,514 children from a total of 723,165 newborns.

This has shown an alarming rise decade on decade. For 2000 it was 15.5%, and in 1990 it stood at 11.6%.

As an example of the pressure which is placing on services across the board, the Royal College of Midwives has recently warned that 4,700 new midwives are needed to handle the increase. Across the board the costs and burdens are immense.

Just a few days ago we saw figures from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development reveal that Britain is the number one destination in Europe for immigrants to settle permanently.

In the entire world only America, of course blessed with having a vastly larger land mass than the UK, received more permanent immigrants than us.

379,000 foreigners settled here in 2009, a 14% rise on the previous year, coming at a time when most other countries witnessed a drop in immigrants settling permanently.

Population growth, driven by twin factors of immigration and children born to immigrants, is completely unsustainable at anything like the rates we are witnessing.

Also out, again from the Office for National Statistics, are statistics for the number of foreign workers occupying jobs in the UK.

Currently standing at just over 4 million, a rise of 334,000 on the previous year, and coming on top of the revelation that a full 81% of new jobs in Britain went to foreign workers, it is clear that the British worker is being forced out of the British jobs market.

With unemployment standing at an official 2.45million people in the 3 months til May, it is impossible not to see the link with foreign labour occupying job vacancies nor the absurdity of continuing to import more workers to enter a jobs market where there is already a devastatingly high number of people unemployed.

The whole situation is destructive to Britain and the British people. Our economy is in ruins, we import more people and impose more burdens. There is a housing and a jobs shortage, so we import more people to occupy what little we have. We head towards overpopulation at a rate which will lead to national collapse and we sow the seeds for even greater population increases in years to come.

The British workplace, the British schoolyard, the British maternity ward, and nearly every other facet of national life, all are fast becoming places where the British people are pushed aside, a part of Britain that is more foreign than British.
