The Dutch are moving to ban Halal, and the French have already implemented their much touted, but ultimately futile, Burka ban.

I've already argued in a few other articles why these are irrelevant, and represent another surrender, the national acceptance that Islam will always be here and growing, and a desperate attempt to try and give it some house dressing so that we can pretend it has integrated, but another thought struck me this morning.

Many of those in these countries will hold EU citizenship of one kind of another, which would entitle them to the right to move freely within Europe.

Given the lunacy of rulings from the European Court of Human Rights, not to mention our own idiot 'equalities' bodies, one would be quite justified in assuming that these bans will be ruled as some kind of persecution, interference with freedom of religion, or breach of rights to a private life etc.

Now, such rulings will, of course, be the problem of whichever country passed the law.

But....let's assume, again possible, that many Muslims decided to leave these EU countries such as France and the Netherlands, and wound up here.

As already said, many have been granted citizenship of an EU nation, giving them free movement. Once they got here, we'd all but have our hands tied on that fact alone - but, we'd also quite likely be faced with an absolute impossibility to remove them since they would argue their freedom of religion would be broken should they be returned there.

Could a Muslim asylum seeker, fetching up in France, then hop the ferry in to the UK, and be utterly immune to being sent back to France simply because they'd argue that France would prevent them from freely practising their religion?

The "First safe country" code, already breached and broken in so many ways, would all but go out the window and be a thing of distant memory.

If one EU nation moves to crack down on an Islam which refuses to integrate, will other nations such as the UK see a vast new influx of Muslims fleeing 'persecution' from the EU country that had the guts to do a thing about it?

Just a thought, it really does seem possible given the insane climate which exists today, that any nation in the EU taking steps to halt its Islamification could in fact be unintentionally responsible for hastening the Islamification of another Western nation.

With the insane EU 'harmony' which imposes fatally flawed laws upon us all, Islam is forced from a national problem to a European wide one, we could end with a monstrous situation where any country moving to deal with the alien religion which will not integrate, and indeed which seeks to dominate, which exists within its midst will simply ensure that other countries, such as the ludicrously Islam appeasing UK, march ever more quickly towards a Sharia future.

Localised bans on outward manifestation of Islam are not only pointless for the individual nation concerned, they could also be a deadly stepping stone for the Islamification of other nations.

It's just a thought, but it is a certainty that we are in one hell of a mess, and nobody in authority seems to have any clue which way to turn, or even the courage to admit to the nature of the problem which the West is facing.
