Murder accused Edino Carvalho, who was awaiting trial for the murder of Jose Pereira in Swindon, has died after apparently hanging himself in prison.

Carvalho, who hailed from Calangute, Goa, was found hanging in his prison cell and died after 5 days in hospital on life support.

Although we were told little about Carvalho in the British press, Goa's Herald informed us that he was a criminal known to police, and that he had involvement in a murder committed there.

There's a trail of imported destruction from a foreign criminal right there.

A man who by all accounts seems to be a good family man left dead, and a grieving family mourning him.

Costs of police investigations, prison costs, and now an investigation into Carvalho's suicide, the list is almost endless.

When on earth will Britain wake up and start exercising some control over who we allow into our nation?
