A simple question, the title says it all.
Have the 2010 accounts for the British National Party been submitted to the Electoral Commission or not?
A yes or no will do, let us know if we got them in on time, or will be facing more fines and legal hassles for not doing so.
Since there is no announcement on the main site - other than that pdf which tells us what a treasurer does, how mean he can be, and how things will be more transparent in 6 months time - a lot of members are assuming the worse.
There is a leadership challenge ongoing, and the accounts cut to the heart of whether the current management are running a competent and legally compliant financial operation or not.
We should be told either way now, not kept in the dark until the leadership election is over.
No prevarication or hedging about, did we submit our 2010 accounts on time?
